Barrel Race this weekend update:
It is with deep regret that we must announce the postponement of this weekend’s Arena Trailer Sales Barrel Racing Event in Winona, MN.
Unforeseen circumstances due to severe weather conditions, including ice, snow, and high winds, have made it unsafe to proceed as planned. This decision was made with the utmost concern for the safety and well-being of our contestants and their livestock.
We sincerely appreciate your entries and continued support of SC Productions events. We understand this is disappointing news, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Refund Information
To ensure a smooth and straightforward process, full refunds will be issued for all entries, stalls, jumpouts, warm ups, exhibitions, RV hookups, Saddlebook fee and office fee.
Credit Card Payments (Saddlebook): Refunds will be automatically credited back to the original credit card used for the transaction.
Check Payments: A refund check will be mailed to the address provided with your entry.
Please note that we will not be offering credits for future events.
Our priority is to provide full refunds for this postponed event to simplify the process for everyone.
A new date for the Arena Trailer Sales Barrel Racing Event will be determined and announced soon. Please continue to monitor our website and social media channels for updates.

Winnings
Important Information:
- A current W9 Form is required each year to receive checks.
- SC Productions must have a W9 Form on file before prize money can be picked up.
- Checks not picked up at the show will be mailed out the Monday after each event, provided a current W9 Form is on file.
